Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects execution according to set goals (deliverables, quality, schedule and budget)
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities of a project
  • Establish and maintain communication model to align all project stakeholders
  • Ensure any changes happening during course of the project are worked out in alignment with client expectations to the final project goals
  • Monitor and ensure client satisfaction of project implementation
  • Manage project risks, involve required resources to mitigate risks

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of total commercial experience with 3+ years experience in software development projects
  • Proven experience of being formal or informal team leader
  • Proven communicator/presenter
  • Proven experience in communicating with international clients, ideally driving communication
  • Wiliness to be project owner and ultimately responsible for project
  • Ideally, you are experienced software engineer (QA, BA or Developer) acting as a leader on your projects and willing to start your project management career

Skills and Special Knowledge:

  • Bachelor or master degree in computer science or similar
  • Upper-intermediate English level (speaking/reading/writing)
  • Understanding of software development life cycle
  • Goal orientation
  • Team player
  • Ability to lead the team
