  • Providing remote support for different administrative tasks for US-based clients
  • Documents, spreadsheet, and marketing materials preparation
  • Calendar and meetings management
  • Email processing
  • Managing website content, blogs, and social media profiles
  • Travel arrangement
  • Web research


  • Fluent English is a must
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant
  • Experience in working with managers and teams located remotely is a plus
  • Strong experience in Office tools: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
  • Social networks experience
  • Experience in web content writing and web research
  • WordPress or other CMS knowledge is a plus
