Ulyana Mysyk is the Head of BPO department at Agiliway.Ulyana is a highly-skilled manager and business process analyst. Amidst her 20+ years of experience, Ulyana has occupied various analytical and managerial positions, with banking industry prevailing, setting and improving internal organization processes from back-office automation to front-desk and client support services optimization. Ulyana, as the Head of Analytic Department, was involved into redesigning and reshaping of internal bank processes for BNP Paribas bank after they acquired one of the biggest Ukrainian banks in 2006.Recently Ulyana has been consulting and helping our clients in elaborating their internal business processes by automating or outsourcing their administrative and support tasks.
