Customer support (administrative work)

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our BPO department. Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for client support via phone communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support via phone
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction
  • Working with CRM system
  • Schedule appointments with customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Fluent level of Russian
  • Previous work experience in customer service or technical support
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in communicating with native speakers
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Attention to details
  • Working with USA schedule (4 p.m. — 1 a.m.)
