Head of Marketing (Marketing Department Manager)

We are looking for a competent Head of Marketing direction professional to be responsible for all organization’s marketing activities. The primary focus will include developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate should be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ modern marketing techniques and to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.


  • Design and implement a marketing strategy to create awareness of the company’s business activities
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing specialists
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Plan and execute campaigns for company promotion (online and offline), launching of new services and products, etc.
  • Develop valuable content for the company’s online presence, social network profiles and organize the company’s publications
  • Conduct general market research to stay up to industry trends and competitor’s marketing activities
  • Manage cooperation with external parties such as media, industry associations, potential clients and partners
  • Monitor the department progress and submit performance reports
  • Control budgets and allocate resources among initiatives/campaigns


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field
  • 4+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Advanced English
  • Experience working in software development companies (or understanding software development processes)
  • Experience with European and/or USA markets
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
