Marketing Manager

International IT company is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Marketing Strategist) to manage our marketing activities. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our company. Our Marketing Manager position involves a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research.   • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  • Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic and establish a strong, long-term web presence through various channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Oversee, develop and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Generate and implement innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  • Research market to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Develop strategies of sales cycle and seller motivations
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Calculation and optimization of the marketing budget, control of its use
  • Communicate with media, local and international authorities, ensuring timely feedback


  • Proven work experience as a Marketing manager, Marketing strategist or related
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM/SMM
  • Understanding of web design (UI)
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, other)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Familiarity with digital marketing
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
  • English upper-intermediate or higher

Other and Special Knowledge:

  • At least bachelor degree
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at a fast pace
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • People management skills
