We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Lviv office. The position will focus on attracting, screening, selecting, and on-boarding qualified personnel to fill our job openings. In addition, the position will perform a variety of HR Generalist functions related to HR marketing, recruiting and retaining employees, assisting employees in making connections between their career interests and opportunities at Agiliway.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience on Recruiter position, preferably in software development companies
  • Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
  • Understanding of offshore software development specifics
  • English verbal and written communication skills an absolute must, intermediate strong level
  • Bachelor Degree and above, preferably computer science/engineering related
