Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a development team for our European client — the fastest growing Natural Language Understanding solution provider in the world, which actively utilizes AI and speech recognition technologies in their products. Our client provides solutions for the biggest banks and cellular operators in the USA, Canada, Europe, and CIS regions. Particularly, you can find them in Ukraine in Alpha Bank, OTP Bank, MT Bank, Renaissance Credit Bank.

You are going to become a part of a talented software team and participate in implementing QA processes for testing artificial intelligence and language recognition and processing solutions.

Note, that we do not need ‘just good’ QA engineer. We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and self-motivated specialist who can help us take our client’s product to the next level of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and setting QA processes for the project
  • Defining testing and issue tracking tools, environments, configurations
  • Running an effective cooperation between different departments (Development, Product Implementation, etc.)
  • Identifying product areas and items to be tested
  • Defining Functional/Regression/Smoke test suites
  • Participating in bug triage (prioritizing, planning) together with PMs and Dev Leads
  • Managing QA team and supervising junior staff
  • Reviewing reported incidents from customer
  • Preparing and supporting test documentation
  • Generating and analyzing test summaries and other statistics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA field
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Knowledge of any other foreign language will be a plus
  • Experience in defining test strategy, test items, establishing QA processes
  • Experience in leading and coordinating teams
  • Practice in working with remote teams
  • Familiarity with AI, IVR or related solutions will be a plus
  • Proactive, result oriented standpoint
