We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our BPO department. Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for client support via phone communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous work experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in communicating with native speakers
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Attention to details
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Working with USA schedule (4 p.m. — 1 a.m.)
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support via phone
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction
- Working with CRM system
- Schedule appointments with customers
