We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a Talent Marketing Manager to deliver outcomes by developing and executing strategic marketing plans and initiatives. This position is responsible for the company’s employer brand development and providing marketing support for talent acquisition activities.


  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Marketing or Employer Branding field within the IT industry
  • Proven experience in developing creative marketing campaigns, and organizing events
  • Experience with relevant marketing areas including copywriting, social media, and user experience and user interface design and paid digital/social
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Marketing experience
  • Proficient with Google Instruments, ATSs, task management software
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English +


  • Planning and managing HR marketing strategies to attract top talent
  • Develop a digital marketing and communications strategy that includes editorial planning for digital/social media, email and text campaigns, and other applicable career and content platforms to reach internal and external candidates
  • Bring an in-depth and results-focused approach working within a multifaceted recruiting and marketing team environment with diverse needs and priorities
  • Set up lead generation channels: develop and test hypotheses to find sustainable and effective ways to acquire candidates
  • Manage SMM, PPC, SEO, employees, and other freelancers based on requirements
  • Generating and implementing ideas for impressive brand awareness and perfect employee experience
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for all marketing activities and allocate the funds wisely
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
