IT Recruiter

We are looking for Recruiter to join our Lviv office. The position will focus on finding, communication and attracting qualified employees to fill our job openings.

Responsibilities:

  • Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools
  • Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source candidates
  • Pre-screen candidates CV to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to project requirements
  • Conduct interview with candidates
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Create vacancies description and post it at job portals, and our career site
  • Market research
  • Participate in the company’s presentation and sourcing event

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience on Researcher or Recruiter position, preferably in software development companies
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting search tools
  • Understanding of software development specifics
  • At least an Intermediate level of English

Skills and Special knowledge:

  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
  • Ability to effectively priorities multiple tasks
  • Ability to use a wide variety of tools to recruit talent.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
