People Partner

Agiliway is growing company that is constantly inviting bright talents to join our team. We are looking for successful People Partner to join our team in Chernivtsi office. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, L&D, conflict solving, engagement, retention, dismissal
  • Conducting regular 1:1s with team members and reporting on retention risks
  • Consulting team members on career development, company policies and procedures
  • Proactively advise and support managers and their teams regarding all people-related matters including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, promotions, performance management, and offboarding
  • Other tasks within the area of experience

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year working experience as a People Partner
  • Good understanding and experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle
  • Problem solving and negotiating skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and requirements
  • At least Intermediate level of English
