Business Development Manager DACH Region

An international IT company is looking for a proactive business development specialist responsible for increasing sales and an active partner/customer base in the DACH region.

Requirements:  

  • At least 3+ years with similar experience in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas of $500k in signings or more
  • Ability to interact with high-level Executives, convey the value proposition of the Agiliway services to take over new business and opportunities
  • Understanding of the entire sales process and software development process 
  • Written and spoken English  Advanced level 
  • German language will be a plus
  • Ability to meet deadlines 
  • Willingness to travel 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect for new potential deals and expand current customer base through various channels 
  • Research new leads and potential new markets 
  • Presentpromote, and sell our products/services/solutions 
  • Identify and evaluate potential clients’ needs to meet their business expectations 
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players 
  • Keep updated information in CRM, report of activities
