Business Development Manager

International IT company is looking for proactive business development specialist who will responsible for lead generation and sales activity.


  • Defining effective lead generation processes including cold calling, emailing, visits, etc
  • Researching new leads and potential new markets
  • Developing and managing an effective lead pipeline
  • Identifying and evaluating potential clients’ needs to meet their business expectations
  • Building strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players
  • Liaise and reporting before top management


  • 1+ year with similar experience
  • Written and spoken English – Advanced level
  • Understanding of the software development process
  • Negotiation skills and excellent relationship builder
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel
  • High resilience
