Agiliway: Embracing Eight Years of Innovation

Agiliway is celebrating its 8th anniversary, and we are proud of its achievement over the years. The story of Agiliway started when several seasoned experts with solid experience in the tech industry joined forces with a mission to leverage the IT potential of Eastern Europe.

The company has grown since its inception, establishing itself as a trusted partner for clients seeking top-notch software development solutions, IT consulting, and outsourcing services. Today Agiliway has five locations in Austin (Texas, USA), Krakow (Poland), Lviv, Chernivtsi, and Ivano-Frankivsk (Ukraine). The team comprises more than 220 professionals and has 40+ long-term and regular active clients from the US and Europe.

We are driven by the commitment to deliver cutting-edge solutions. The scope of services includes custom software development and consulting, BI and Big Data, enterprise solutions, AI and Machine Learning, and others. The team harnesses its efforts to deliver the best service that drives innovation and efficiency, which is instrumental in our success.

Overcoming Challenges and Continuing the Work

During these years, Agiliway faced some challenges, but together we overcame them and became even more robust and better. Before the full-scale invasion began, we adopted a Business Continuity Plan to continue providing services uninterrupted.

We took measures such as stocking up on supplies, setting up shelters and power generators, as well as became one of the first companies in Ukraine to install Starlinks. We have equipped our employees with everything they need to provide the highest quality services possible. Our colleagues were relocated outside of Ukraine so that our clients could have greater confidence in our ability to provide services.

Also, we took part in a variety of international events and shared our success stories globally. In 2023 solely, we attended: DataConnect Conference, San Francisco Tech Summit, North Carolina 2023 Outlook for Tech, and Silicon Slopes Summit, Colorado. Supporting Ukraine’s Armed Forces

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, our company has started Agiliway Fund to help our military. Driven by our shared commitment, we’ve managed to rally donations that exceed UAH 21 million to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Among the most large-scale projects have been two mobile dental buses with all the necessary equipment for dental care, a water supply system, a power generator, etc.

Additionally, video cameras, computers, and other office equipment were provided to the AFUs to set up surveillance systems for battlefield and grey areas monitoring with online control. Locally, we also provide support to hospitals that treat wounded soldiers for the needed equipment, like a 40KWA power-generating station. In addition, we purchased drones, cars, tires, anti-drone rifles, data processing and analytics, medical equipment, telescopic sights, thermal imagers, tablets, charging stations, Starlinks (with all the subscription fees, further maintenance and support), power generators, etc.

This has been made possible thanks to our team, clients, and partners, who demonstrate immense support and work side by side to support Ukraine’s economy. Our team members constantly volunteer and donate to the Agiliway Fund, hence, supporting the Ukrainian Army. In the face of ongoing challenges, our pledge is unyielding – we stand shoulder to shoulder with the brave men and women defending our homeland.

BPO Department

At Agiliway, our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) department has experienced significant growth and achieved remarkable milestones since its inception in 2015. Over the last few years, we have provided businesses with a wide range of versatile tasks worldwide through our VAfromEurope service. It includes data entry, website administration, research, web development, content management, social media management, SEO services, and more. However, the services mentioned are not limited to VAfromEurope with its flexibility, experiences background, and cooperation readiness is constantly open up for new challenges and ideas to accept, handle and succeed in. Our fruitful cooperation schemes span countries such as Great Britain, the USA, Australia, Canada, etc.

CiviCRM, CiviMobile and CiviCRM Hosting

CiviCRM-based solution for non-profits and NGOs is another significant area of Agiliway expertise. CiviCRM is a CRM designed specifically for non-profit, non-governmental organizations, and political parties, and our relationship began when we worked on a sizable project for a significant player in the political sphere. We managed its management system. The CiviMobile concept emerged to make such organizations’ operations more straightforward and beneficial.

CiviMobile is our proudest accomplishment. It is a mobile CRM for non-profit organizations developed by Agiliway that is based on CiviCRM. Nearly a thousand servers run our software, and thousands of people have CiviMobile on their phones.

CiviMobile demand and users have grown so rapidly and actively that we decided to create a distinct structure and advertise it as a product. From the CiviCRM community interaction, we will naturally transition to a community in a more general sense, to people near and around us, the setting in which we live and work. It is available both for iOS and Android.

Recently we released CiviCRM Hosting, which offers a hosted CiviCRM solution for NGOs of any size with any level of technical expertise and financial limitations. It doesn’t get much simpler than cloud-based CiviCRM, which uses a hosting approach based on SaaS. We supply storage space on the server, take care of installation, updates, backups, etc., and make CiviCRM accessible to the organization’s constituents round-the-clock through the Internet as your hosting provider of CRM software for charity. To start with CRM for nonprofits, users must choose a subscription package and log in to CiviCRM.
